Executive Support
Keep the moving pieces moving.
Calendar management, scheduling, coordination, travel planning, communication, follow-ups, research, organization and day-to-day support.
Executive Support × Creative Operations × Digital
Executive support with a creative edge — bringing organization, communication, resourcefulness and a little personality to everything happening behind the scenes.
From calendars and operations to content, brands, AI tools and whatever needs figuring out next.
yes, I made this website :)
Newport Beach, CAI'm Ivie — an executive support professional with a creative brain and a tendency to ask "what's the process?" before I do anything twice.
I've spent years in fast-paced environments where details matter, priorities change quickly and someone has to be the person keeping everything moving.
I'm naturally the person who wants to know:
But I'm not only interested in the operational side. I also love the creative side of work — marketing, social media, content, events, branding and the visual storytelling that helps people connect with a brand or person.
My sweet spot is somewhere between the two: keeping things organized while helping people and projects feel seen.

The systems that keep everything running.
The things that help people connect.
The value isn't choosing one side.
It's being able to move between both.
Keep the moving pieces moving.
Calendar management, scheduling, coordination, travel planning, communication, follow-ups, research, organization and day-to-day support.
Turn chaos into a system.
Organizing information, improving workflows, tracking projects, managing details and creating structure around things that otherwise live in someone's head.
Use better tools to work smarter.
Exploring and implementing AI tools for research, organization, brainstorming, content, productivity and workflow improvement. I'm curious about emerging tech and comfortable teaching myself new platforms quickly.
Understand the internet, not just the calendar.
Supporting social media, brainstorming content ideas, researching trends, helping coordinate content and keeping creative projects moving from idea to execution.
People remember how you communicate.
Professional outreach, relationship management, partnership coordination, follow-ups, client communication and representing a person or brand thoughtfully.
Give me the goal.
I'll figure out the how.
I'm comfortable being handed something unfamiliar, researching it, learning what I need to learn and finding a way forward.

2017
Print · Commercial · Editorial
Editorial / 2017 —
Alongside my professional career, I've worked in print, commercial and editorial modeling since 2017.
That experience put me on the other side of creative production — working with photographers, art directors, stylists and production teams to bring a visual concept to life.
It taught me things that don't always fit neatly into a résumé:
I understand the schedule.
And I understand the shoot.
I can coordinate the project, communicate with the brand, organize the schedule, build the deck — and understand what needs to look good when it goes live.
Low ego. High initiative.
I don't think being good at your job means already knowing everything. I think it means being curious enough to learn, resourceful enough to find the answer and confident enough to try.
Exhibit A: you're currently looking at a website I taught myself how to build.
Weekends
Coast drives, coffee, sun.

The short version?
Organized when it matters. Creative when it's needed. Resourceful always.
I'm looking for a role where "Executive Assistant" doesn't mean staying inside one box — where I can support the day-to-day, learn the business, contribute creatively and become someone you genuinely rely on.
